For NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, our team designed and implemented a comprehensive database system specifically tailored to enhance financial management by efficiently allocating costs to designated funding pools. This sophisticated system streamlined the process of financial tracking and reporting which ensured a high level of accuracy and transparency in financial operations, facilitating better budget management and resource allocation. Owing to its success, it was later adopted for use by our partner at NASA Headquarters.
For the Department of the Treasury, our team successfully executed a comprehensive project involving the configuration and installation of workstations throughout the DMV region. This endeavor not only involved the physical setup of hardware but also the integration of specialized software and network configurations tailored to the Department’s unique processes and compliance standards.
For the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), our team played a pivotal role in supporting the prestigious 1890 College Presidents Forum Conference Event. This initiative was part of our commitment to fostering educational excellence and collaboration among the historically black land-grant universities, which were established under the Second Morrill Act of 1890. Our support for the conference encompassed a variety of critical tasks, including logistical planning, coordination of technology resources, and facilitating workshops and panel discussions.
At the National Emergency Training Center, we offer targeted information dissemination, conduct critical research, engage in comprehensive outreach, and provide specialized training and education. Calique played a vital role at NASA Headquarters in Washington, D.C., providing expert support in Shipping and Receiving as well as Asset Management. In Shipping and Receiving, Calique ensured the accurate and timely handling of all incoming and outgoing shipments, facilitating the smooth flow of critical materials and equipment to support various projects and initiatives. In asset management, Calique maintained precise inventory records, tracked the lifecycle of assets, and ensured optimal resource utilization through effective monitoring and control. These contributions were integral to the efficiency and success of operations at NASA Headquarters.
Calique implemented an effective quality control program across the MTE Network, ensuring high operational standards and data integrity. We established a quality monitoring system staffed with Quality Process Auditors to provide coverage for each shift at all service centers and processing warehouses. The program was overseen by a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager, supported by Quality Clerks who handled detailed monitoring and reporting. Additionally, our Data/Document Control Configuration Manager ensured data accuracy and maintained thorough documentation processes. We provided comprehensive quality program reports, offering valuable insights into contractor performance across the network. This effort highlighted our commitment to excellence and operational efficiency throughout the MTE Network.
Under the NASA Ames contract, our team demonstrated exceptional performance across multiple critical areas. We provided comprehensive administrative support, ensuring seamless operations in property management, human resources, mail services, and office administration. Our dedication to detail and efficiency enhanced the functionality of administrative programs, making them more effective and reliable. Additionally, we excelled in managing the Information Center Library’s resources, maintaining an organized and accessible system that supported the center’s diverse needs. Through consistent excellence and a commitment to NASA’s mission, we significantly contributed to the success of operations at Ames.
Calique provided critical support to the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) across several operational areas, including Change Management, Asset Inventory and Reallocation, Marketing, Internal Website Management, and Move Management, as part of the agency’s relocation efforts. Through our change management expertise, we ensured a smooth transition, helping the agency implement the relocation effectively while minimizing disruptions. Our team maintained meticulous oversight of asset inventory using an internal website that housed a user-friendly database to track, relocate, and retire resources in line with move requirements. We also developed and implemented communication initiatives to promote and publicize milestones, ensuring clear and effective collaboration across teams. Additionally, we managed the logistics of the move with precision, facilitating seamless transitions while minimizing downtime. These efforts highlighted our commitment to supporting the agency’s success and operational efficiency.
